Are you a genuine, positive, go-getting Sponsorship Manager Assistant with a fast-paced hustle, an artist's eye for detail, and a passion for landing brand deals that help creators around the world get paid to do what they love?
We’re Hiring:
Sponsorship Manager Assistant
This role is perfect for you if… You're passionate about using your sponsorship and brand deal expertise to build real strategy, land partnerships that actually convert, and dig into the numbers to keep leveling up. You love being an innovative thinker, an organized self-starter, and you're always pushing a deal further with strategy, creativity, and real goals in mind. You're ready for a challenge and you think through every angle of a partnership, from that first cold outreach to the contract terms to how it actually performs once it's live.
Important: This role is so much more than sending a few outreach emails a week. I'm looking for someone who's an innovative, strategic thinker and a true team player, someone who can help build sponsorship strategy across our whole roster of creators. This isn't just landing deals. You'll be shaping our outreach approach, getting to know our creators' audiences inside and out, and tracking, hitting, and beating our sponsorship goals across the board.
AS OUR SPONSORSHIP MANAGER ASSISTANT, YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Strategically reaching out to brands and agencies for sponsorship opportunities across podcasts, YouTube, and social, while considering audience fit, pitch angle, and timing
Evaluating, meeting, and increasing sponsorship outreach metrics (response rates, deals closed, revenue per creator, etc.)
Strategically negotiating sponsorship deals that empower our creators, securing rates, deliverables, and terms that reflect what they're truly worth
Evaluating, meeting, and increasing deal performance metrics (renewal rates, brand satisfaction, revenue growth, etc.)
Tracking and showcasing deal wins to highlight our creators' growth and success
Managing sponsorship contracts, timelines, and communication that keeps brands and creators aligned and excited to work together
Supporting deal fulfillment, making sure creators have what they need to deliver on their end (talking points, assets, deadlines, etc.)
Developing and refining sponsorship strategy across our full roster of creators and channels
NNS
YOU'LL ALSO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU:
You genuinely love this work. Chasing down the right brand, writing a pitch that actually gets opened, and watching a cold email turn into a signed deal gives you a rush. You care about matching brands to creators in a way that feels right, not just profitable.
You've done this before. Maybe with brands directly, maybe through an agency, maybe freelance, but you know what it actually takes to get a deal from first contact to signed contract, and you're not learning the basics on our dime.
You catch things other people miss. A wrong dollar amount, a missed deadline, a typo in a brand's name, none of it gets past you, because you always give your work one more look before it goes out.
You can hold a lot at once. Different creators, different brands, different deal stages, and you never lose track of where any of it stands.
You don't need someone hovering over you to make a call. You take ownership of your own outreach, come up with your own strategy, and bring ideas to me instead of waiting to be told what to do.
You want to be pushed. A no doesn't scare you off, it makes you sharpen your pitch and try again. You're always looking for a better way to close, and you're genuinely excited to grow into more.
You want the freedom that comes with remote work, and you can actually handle it. You set your own schedule, but you're disciplined enough that nothing falls behind because no one's watching over your shoulder.
You're not looking for a quick gig. You want to plant roots somewhere for the long haul, at least a year, and you'd love to see this grow into something full-time with me as we bring on more clients.
You're genuinely excited about what Narrative Nest Studio is building. This isn't just a job to you, you actually want to talk shop about brand deals, the creator economy, and helping people build a business around something they love.
ESSENTIAL MUST-HAVES FOR THIS ROLE!
Strong attention to detail. You'd catch a wrong dollar amount or a missed deadline before it ever became a problem

A working understanding of sponsorship rates, industry standards, and the basics of a solid contract

The ability to track deal performance and adjust your approach based on what's actually working
Excellent organizational skills
The desire to be in this role long term, at least a year
The ability to work remotely Monday through Friday, with the ability to check in at some point between 9 AM and 5 PM Eastern (you won't be expected to be online that whole window)
